Welcome to Access Speech Therapy, a non-profit organization providing quality intervention for a variety of communication disorders. Our clinicians create individualized therapy plans for children and adults with developmental delay, Autism Spectrum Disorder, cerebral palsy, apraxia of speech, fluency/stuttering and other communication disorders. We also provide support and training for caregivers and professionals to optimize outcomes and participation for the clients we serve.
Stephanie Izzi, PhD, CCC-SLP
Stephanie Izzi graduated with a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions in 2016, and obtained a PhD in Genetics from Stony Brook University. She has offered client-focused therapy to individuals with ASD, CP, fluency disorders (stuttering), language delay, Aphasia, and other communication disorders. Stephanie works with individuals and families to develop functional, attainable therapy goals.
Sarah Hamel, MS, CCC-SLP
Sarah Hamel graduated with a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions in 2013. She also has a degree in music from Rhode Island College. Sarah has worked with a range of young clients with communication disorders including developmental delay, apraxia of speech, ASD, Down Syndrome, and other communication disorders. She works with caregivers to provide therapy tools in the office, at home, and in the community.
